Bought a scarf, opened the package and saw that it was much too short. Immediately re-packaged everything and asked for a refund. Was advised that because I had opened the plastic packaging covering the scarf (!) I was not allowed a refund. Online purchases are covered by the consumer contracts regulations. It is funny how during the covid pandemic this company tries their best to lie to their customers. You cannot by law decide to not refund someone for a piece of clothing unless you believe it was handled more than it would have been if it was bought in a shop. To make matters worse, you have to constantly chase this company's customer service team to get anywhere. Don't waste your money, plenty of better companies out there!!
