Avoid Beautybay.com – Frustrating and Untrustworthy Experience I recently ordered a product from Beautybay.com, and it has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Despite their claim that the item was delivered, I have not received it. I immediately reached out to their customer service team to explain the situation, but the responses have been repetitive and unhelpful. Each time, I am asked to complete a form to resolve the issue, yet no attachment or link is provided. When I write back to inform them of this, I receive the same generic response without any real action or resolution. After reading other reviews, it seems this is a recurring issue. Many customers have reported similar experiences, leading me to question their practices. It feels like a deliberate attempt to make the claims process so time-consuming and frustrating that customers give up, especially for orders under £50. This is unacceptable and has left me deeply disappointed. I would strongly advise others to avoid Beautybay.com and take their business to more reliable retailers.

I have reached out to beauty bays customer services now over 5 times no response. They have took my money , but did not send out my item. They are crooks

I have spent tens of thousands of dollars with Beauty Bay over the years - All orders solely for personal use.
 I was in the highest tier of their loyalty program and then .. STOP.
 Time and time and time and time again , beauty bay (they dont deserve uppercase B) summarily cancel my orders. 
Nothing strange about the orders. Normal consumer orders.
 No bulk quantities - Its personal orders / use.
 Always paid with via my linked PayPal account with the same shipping and billing address.
 Cancelled. Cancelled. Cancelled. Cancelled.
 Every time I reach out to beauty bay customer service - there is NO such thing - and ask why this is happening the ONLY response I have ever had - The few times I’ve had a response at all is a cut-and-paste insert template saying the order failed:
Security checks.
 OF WHAT?
 RE WHAT?
 WHY? 
WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
 WHY DONT YOU WANT TO INVESTIGATE FURTHER? 
Its so particularly bizarre because I had placed dozens and dozens of orders and then - now . Im seemingly blocked.
 I have no idea why.
 There is no way of having any kind of written or spoken conversation with beauty bay - Im just ignored, discarded. 
Its not even the products or the orders that I care about - I can spend my money a thousand other ways.
 It’s the total and utter disregard and disrespect and contempt with which I am treated.
 Never knowing why I’m cancelled is so frustrating when I know they’re just normal retail consumer orders.
 No one at bb will EVER offer assistance or even look at what is causing these blocks on my profile - Something is wrong / stuck / blocked in their back end system - But all I ever get is the template “failed security checks” response.
 I know bb is WAY too big to give one excrement about me - But for the sake of a companies performance . Wouldn’t they want to understand why more than $6,000 worth of attempted orders over 3 years has “failed security checks” when the same customer has been loyal with them for more than a decade!? What if this same problem is happening with a significant number of other customers!? Is bb SO big that they are absolutely 100% fine and dandy with losing the money - and the customers who's total life spend - if there are more like me - would be hundreds of thousands of dollars !? 
What an insane business model. Just appalling.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Back in the day I used to order with this company a couple times, never a problem. Therefore, I didn’t think twice before ordering this time. However, the parcel went missing and they refuse to give me a refund, just try to talk me into thinking I need to wait for them to sort it out with the delivery company, which I don’t. Additionally I asked for my order to be cancelled (Consumer Rights Act and all), TWICE, and they told me I couldn’t do that. I’m now at my third email, hoping I don’t have to take legal action and can just get my money back. This all is so ridiculous, I cannot believe I need to waste my time with this when all I wanted was just some make-up. I will never ever order with this company again. On a side note, it is baffling to me how a company can be this brazen about an order that’s not even 100£. They must really need it.

Please never buy from this company. They sell their own brand items, which describes as absolutely amazing items. I bought hair care products, which resulted in hair loss and my be unable to brush my hair. I have emailed advising of the issue, and asking for how can i return it . THE company advised me to stop using product immediately and in next email said they not gonna accept return since the product is open.

My child opened two Christmas presents from this company to which one had a note in off a previous customer saying that the item is faulty and she would like a refund , the item had hair init as well a was gutted my child opened this it got sent back 5th January I have emailed and emailed this company to get refund back after sending both items back beauty bay saying alsorts to try and not give refund yet saying they haven't received them which a can see they have by royal mail recite absolute disgrace of a company to get a refund back of no faults of my own

Wish I had seen the reviews before shopping with Beauty Bay. My parcel is lost and no one can tell me what is going on. I have asked for a refund and told to just keep waiting despite the fact that both the company and shipping provider cannot give details about if my parcel will ever arrive. The customer service is terrible - I would avoid if I were you!

I never received my products. I emailed them and never received a reply. I sent multiple emails but no reply. I took is as a one off incident and ordered again. This time i received products but not what i ordered. When i emailed them , again no reply. NEVER NEVER order from this site. Unrealiable, unprofessional and scammers who dont deliver products.

Bad experience , due to I did an order 1VDU-XROK-SAHJ-J an never arrived , I reclaim it on their email and told me that I won’t receive neither my package nor my money due to 30 days has passed and that my package never arrived due to they never put a destinatory. No one contacted me telling me about the issue , and it’s isn’t my fault they didn’t write my name in the package, all my details was correct when I did the order, if they’re employees did wrong it isn’t my fault , it has been 1 and half month now and no money, no package, no response, they are SCAMING PEOPLE ! It’s not good

I placed an order which i then wished to cancel but I couldn’t. Once items arrived I arranged for a return via their online method. Sent the item back on 26/07/23 it’s now 17/08/23 still no refund. The item had been returned to their warehouse so I’m not sure what the holdup is. Thankfully I paid via PayPal and have opened a case which had been escalated so one way or another I will get my refund. Won’t be ordering from them again. If anyone else has paid via PayPal then I recommend opening a case with PayPal they’ll then force the money back. If you’ve paid on your bank card contact your bank and raise a dispute of transaction. Send them all the emails and tracking numbers to confirm you have returned your item and again the bank will force the refund to happen. It’s a sad shame that we have to go through such lengths just to get our money back. Awful company avoid like the plague.

Shopped here a few times, good selection, good price - but never again. My recent order has gone awol and Beauty Bay's response is terrible. Evri are saying it's delivered when I track item, however my given collection point (my local Tesco) says nothing has arrived. I personally went in there myself and two members of staff double checked for me. Beauty Bay are saying they're investigating and can't refund me until 'whilst item is in transit'. If Evri (highly likely scenario) has lost the item it's always going to be in transit so this is not good enough. This is illegal, it is the seller's responsibility to make sure I get item and if I don't I am legally allowed a refund. Customer service is terrible, no one to speak to just an email where I get the same dodgy 'no refund for item in transit' line every other day as they take 48 hours to respond. Looked on Twitter and there are hundreds of customers with similar experiences being ignored and still waiting for their money. Looking at ways to escalate this outside of the company such as Ombudsman or via a consumer journalist. Everyone knows Evri are useless and I can prove the item never arrived as the collection point can back me up - what more does Beauty Bay want?

Do not buy from this site. I ordered the products on 21/3 and spent over 100 euro. I choose the option for the fastest delivery and I still haven't received the package. According to the tracking the package did custom cleareance in Italy but then it was shipped to the Netherlands where it did custom clearance again. It hasn't moved from there. I contacted numerous times the custom service to have a refund but they keep saying that I should wait and that they are checking. They are completely unprofessional and they did nothing to solve the problem. I lost over 100 euro.

Scammed by this website Scammed by this website. Ordered a Sauna Blanked for £431.20 and a cloth insert for £79.20 Sadly the sauna blanket was faulty, so contacted beauty bay who sent a return shipping label. Good? Nope... Once they received the shipment back they only refunded the £79.20 and have not replied to any emails or live chat requests since... Notice there is no phone number for customer support if you want another red flag. I've had to contact Amex to do a chargeback. Such a shame.
