I placed an order on the 11/03/2022, I have a haul pass meaning I receive free next day delivery, unfortunately the package did not turn up next day but was received on the 13/03/2022.
Due to the package not being received next day, Beauty Bay kindly sent myself an apology via email and provided me with a 15% discount for when I next place an order.
I have been a long term buyer from Beauty Bay and have never had any issues, but am extremely grateful for the 15% off discount, it was much appreciated. I will continue to be a regular shopper on Beauty Bay due to their efficiency and amazing customer service.
