Shopped here a few times, good selection, good price - but never again. My recent order has gone awol and Beauty Bay's response is terrible. Evri are saying it's delivered when I track item, however my given collection point (my local Tesco) says nothing has arrived. I personally went in there myself and two members of staff double checked for me. Beauty Bay are saying they're investigating and can't refund me until 'whilst item is in transit'. If Evri (highly likely scenario) has lost the item it's always going to be in transit so this is not good enough. This is illegal, it is the seller's responsibility to make sure I get item and if I don't I am legally allowed a refund. Customer service is terrible, no one to speak to just an email where I get the same dodgy 'no refund for item in transit' line every other day as they take 48 hours to respond. Looked on Twitter and there are hundreds of customers with similar experiences being ignored and still waiting for their money. Looking at ways to escalate this outside of the company such as Ombudsman or via a consumer journalist. Everyone knows Evri are useless and I can prove the item never arrived as the collection point can back me up - what more does Beauty Bay want?
