Had emails to say my order had been dispatched (two emails, one with full list of items on order, another with only two items from order) and various notifications from paypal as they took money out in bits. I got part of my order delivered and 2 items marked as to follow. Then 5 days later received email from customer services saying item not in stock, then another email day after that to say the other item on my order not in stock and sorry it wasn't updated on site. I got no answers to my email asking why I got an email saying it had already been dispatched days before. Very confusing and sloppy way of operating, still have no idea why they sent out a dispatch email for something they didn't dispatch or why had to wait up to a week before being told they didn't have the outstanding items. Only just seen all the negative reviews about this company and I'm hoping that nothing from the one parcel I did receive was fake.
