Disgrunted & disappointed customer who is thought I could trust BeautyBay!
I checked out BeautyBay online to clarify if it was a valid company. After numerous emails, I receive the same computer generated response that the company will look into my order, but then directs me back to it's web page of FAQ's which hasn't been any help. I even attached the original order page I mailed to an address provided by them that had one two many "s"! It was an incorrect email address! Thank goodness I figured that out. It went through but I still received the same stock/generic company response referring me to their useless tracking page. The mistake they made was stating my order was placed on 2/12/16 when it was placed on 12/2/16. I also didn't realize they were in the U.K. The business owner must work out of home, like an Avon Lady or Mary Kay. I have demanded they please cancel my order and return my money. They same computer response stating they are working on it and directing me to my account (doesn't work) and they FAQ page. I'm not sure what to do next besides contact my bank. Do not order from this fake business. I'm sure they have multiple complaints.
