Disappointed - Waited over an hour for food and what came was pretty dismal. Vegan burger was inedible, tasteless patty, got the order mixed up, dirty knife, jacket potato skin was so hard baked you couldn't cut through it, no sauce or condiments offered. When we asked for vinegar they brought it in an open ramekin. Coffee was not hot, milk shake was mostly air, tea bag was burst in teapot, all overpriced, shame it was supposed to be a birthday treat. Please don't accept so many customers if you can't attend to them properly.
