I'd ideally like to give 4 and half stars. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was some average communication on delivery time once I'd purchased the mattress. Where initially delivery was indicated to be 10 biz days. 3 weeks later, I enquired through the autobot on the bedworks website, which then indicated delivery would be another 4-5 weeks, which I guess was fine given the Covid situation. Except 1 week later the mattress arrived which was great. The delivery team we're fantastic as well. Product is really good for the price range. So all in all, Bedworks are pretty good and I'd shop from them again, they just need to fix their disconnected internal comms, as during this period I was still being digitally targeted with ads and emails to buy a mattress, which I already had clearly done.
