First time on this website. Seamless from start to end. Bed and mattress both were good quality and as described. Enquires were answered promptly. I made 2 phone enquires, one was better than the other. (Tip to Bedworks: When customers make phone enquires, that means they want more information, not to have the words on screen on the website recited back at them.) Delivery called within an hour of order to arrange next day delivery. Delivery took place within allotted time. Well done Bedworks!
