Ordered 2 Pink Berry shrubs and paid for 2 pink berry shrubs, then had delivered 2 dark red berry shrubs that I could of got elsewhere for a lot cheaper than the £25 a shrub I paid. Have phoned and left emails, finally got an email back asking for photo's, which I sent quite clearly showing both plant description on the plants and what was on the Invoice and since then not heard anything back.
