SUB STANDARD PLANTS AND APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Really wish I had read these reviews before I bought from them. **** AVOID THIS COMPANY ***** I ordered 250 2ft to 3ft bare root hedging plants. Could not believe how small the parcel was when it arrived, on checking I found that 160 plants were less than 2ft tall, in fact 70 ish were only just over 1 ft. Emailed them with a complaint. Bear in mind these are plants that need dealing with quickly. No response after 3 days, so phoned twice, on 4th day a cursory email arrived from Robert. No apologies, no explanation, just a one liner saying if I wasn't happy I could send them back. I asked for a returns label, or I said I would be happy if they replaced the 160 that were too small. Another 4 days later I chased by phone, finally got a one line email saying exactly the same one line as before. Wish I had taken notice of the various review platforms before I ordered.
