I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased an expensive tree from them. I t came and I followed all instructions, but the tree is dead, it is just in the same state as when it arrived with tiny tiny buds on the stem and that is how it has stayed, obviously dead before it was sent out, and you cannot get a telephone number for them we now know why
