Poor service waited 15mins to order a drink then had to wait another 15 mins after asking waitress for our drinks . then had to call waitress to order our meal Other customers where seated then order and got meals before us . We only ordered a mains each which took 30mins to arrive and was cold and I asked for my steak to be medium pink to well done it came medium bloody Calamari was just a load of crunchy pieces of batter . Worst meal we have had waste of money . When asked if meal was OK I said no not really waitress just said OK We have been going to haywain for 20 years think they have just lost my custom
