Unfortunately, telephone line quite busy, a bit of time on hold but always Douglas is good, polite, always helpful and dealt with queries effectively.
Price is OK, beers are varied, goods well packed and delivery is punctual.
No quibble refund. - due to mix up on subscription renewal dates.
Cancelled subscription as these craft beers are just not for me.
