I'm just cancelling my account, but don't let that put you off: I've had a year or so of great beers, and tried lots of different ones that I'd probably never have given a shot. Sure, there's the occasional one that makes you pull a face, but that's part of the fun of something like this! I'm cancelling my account because... frankly, I've really cut back on the amount of alcohol I've been drinking in the past few months, to the extent that I now have a big pile of beers in the cupboard that will take me 6 months to work through. I'll most likely be back after Christmas. Customer service is great (if a little stretched due to COVID at the moment), and the lovely Kirsty *almost* tempted me to stay, but the missus gave me a look that told me I'd better not. The only possible downside is that they use Hermes for delivery, which isn't great around me.
