Five stars for the assistance that I received from Iannis when I phoned to cancel my subscription. Unfortunately needed to cancel due to the delivery times being very erratic and it not giving you the option to choose a delivery date or time that would be suitable. Items are also delivered by Hermes, who are just terrible and have a tendency to leave deliveries outside your house or with whoever they want, without giving you the option to delay or divert the package. Tried both the light beer subscription and the wine subscription - the beers were really nice and very good variety, the wine unfortunately was not to my taste.
