I was given a Beer52 voucher for Christmas and very nearly didn't redeem it as I found I had to take out a subscription before receiving the beer that had already been paid for. I needn't have worried though, as Natalie was very helpful and talked me through the process and assured me that it is very easy to cancel by telephone (you can't do it online). I went ahead and my beer box came in a couple of days after which I cancelled very easily (you do have to wait 20 minutes for the phone to be answered though!). The beers were all very nice and my wife and I have enjoyed sampling them. I didn't want to continue with the subscription because it is £24 every month but it was certainly nice trying the selection I was sent.
