I HAVE HAD A BROKEN REFRIGERATOR FOR 12 MONTHS (ONLY 8 MONTHS OLD).
I bought model BEKRDNT231I30XBN in November 2021. 27 June 2022, with only 8 months old it broke down, I opened incidence to Beko and according to official technical service is a humidity failure in the board, not covered by warranty. I decided to take responsibility for the urgency of having the refrigerator working. We are in June 2023, 12 months have passed!!! and the refrigerator is still damaged, with the plate/repair paid and without estimated repair date because they have no availability/stock of the part.
Beko completely disregards, says it is the responsibility of the Technical Service (their official technical service). The service tells me that if Beko does not supply the part.
I made the mistake of buying Beko but, if you are reading this it may help you NOT TO BUY BEKO and have a lousy POST-SALES SERVICE.
