Purchased Beko french door refrigerator from Airport Home Applicance 4/2023. Part of the door at the top broke off. Called customer service and was told to order the part and I could put it on myself???????????? I was quite surprised and went to order the part but decided to call back and speak with someone else. I misspoke about the purchase date but when I corrected it I was told they would need to see proof before proceeding. When I asked why when I had called before I was told it was still under warranty but now somehow its not. I can always tell quality products by how they do their customer service. We have had the fridge less then 2 years and already pieces are breaking off, then when you try to get help you get rude behavior and run around from customer service.....order the part and put it on yourself?? If it is a quality product there would be no need for shenanigans. STAY CLEAR OF BEKO PRODUCTS!!! The company doesn't stand behind what they make. If I had the option of giving zero or negative stars I would.
