We paid close to £1,000 for an American style fridge freezer with warranty included.
We chose this make due to the warranty includes as opposed to their competitors.
The mechanism on the water dispenser broke within 6months of use and they have refused to replace it free of charge. They have said its not covered in the warranty and we have to pay £90-£130 for a sub contracted engineer to come to our home to assess it and fix it. We feel this product was mis-sold to us as these financial constraints weren't made clear at the time of purchase or as part of the warranty explanation. We are extremely disappointed and would not purchase a Beko product again after this experience. Very bad customer service. Genuine faults like this should be fixed, free of charge.
