I did not have the best go with Bella Belle Shoes. When I returned the shoes they refused to return my money for about five weeks--if not more. If you are going to do a return, make sure you take a picture of the package itself because they will not trust that you wrote the address correctly even though it had been delivered for four weeks at that time. You know how the UPS and USPS app don't tell you the exact location and just say delivered? Yeah, they won't accept that. I don't know if it was just a difficult time, but this experience was awful. In term of the shoes themselves, they are beautiful and well made and seemingly comfortable, but absolutely made for a slim foot. I've never really had this problem with shoes before, but for some reason I did with these.
