“I bought them at the end of 2021, but had to delay my wedding to June 2024. I kept them in cool conditions in the original packaging, took them out on the day, peeled off the plastic, slipped them on. 5 hours later, the front of the shoe was flapping off. On my wedding day! Customer services recommended getting a cobbler but that does not go back and fix the stress and upset on my wedding day. I had to wear flip flops! After spending a lot of money on these shoes that is wrong. Absolutely no sympathy or compensation from customer services.”

“I decided on getting the perfect shoes for my wedding as Bella belle shoes are advertising. I ordered Edna in a size 37 after taking advantage of the professional consultation Bella belle shoes are offering for the perfect fit. Unfortunately their service was unreliable and ineffective. because I choose to rely on their brand, and their advice, I was wrongfully guided. Due to the poor consultation apparently they cannot be blamed? And I should be at fault? During the consultation I made it clear that I usually wear size 36 and have thin feet. they highly recommended I get a size up since this design runs small. i shared with them my concerns that it won’t fit but yet they still recommend on sizing up they’re the experts and it’s their business whom am I to argue. I received the shoes and for my shock it was really big. I contacted them for help since I was wrongly advised on the sizing they weren’t much of a help and deducted the shipping returning fee from my refund . Now how is this a delightful experience for any bride? I expected professionalism from their side and that their brand reflexes on their competence.”

“I am highly disappointed in this brand. The quality of these shoes do not reflect the price. They are marketed as lasting 12 hours (for your entire wedding). My heals completely fell apart after wearing them for 3 hours. The soles began separating from the bottom which resulted in the lace material completely separating from the shoe. I never wore these shoes prior to my wedding day, besides trying them on to make sure they fit and were comfortable. I put the shoes on for my first looks with my father and my husband which required minimal walking. The longest I walked/stood was during the ceremony, which is where they started to come undone. Luckily my dress was long enough to cover the shoes and they had straps tied around my ankles, which kept the shoes from completely falling off. Our wedding planner had fabric glue on hand so we were able to patchwork fix the shoes, but I was unable to wear them during my reception until they dried. I only have photographs after we glued the worse shoe together but it’s apparent the lace has separated from the sole. It is heartbreaking I wasn’t able to wear nice heals with my dress during my wedding night. The only reason I gave two stars is because the shoes are beautiful. I received many compliments on them before they fell apart.”

“I bought Evelyn Shoes for my myself, they are the most uncomfortable shoes to walk in. Material is so rough on your skin that it gives you calluses and sequins snagged on to my dress and ruined my Lacey fabric. See attached photo. $419 wasted on a low quality, uncomfortable pair of shoe I ever owned.”

“Be careful buying here. I attended a pop up shop and where told you still have to order online. I didn't fit the shoe I loved (wide feet)but the designer found my an alternative pair that did. My shoes arrived damaged with scratches and cuffs on the satin and sole. I've send it pictures and videos to be told that my shoes are not damaged. I asked for a discount or free returns label as I'm a UK customer. The designer was lovely at the pop and the shoes are beautiful which is why it's not a 1 star. However for a £400 pair of shoes I'd expect them pristine. Buyers beware the customer service and support is dire.”

“I loved my pair of Elise shoes from Bella Belle. These shoes were the perfect touch of elegance for my wedding ensemble. The classic and clean look of the shoe matched the whimsical tulle bow of my dress perfectly! I loved wearing them and they definitely made me feel like a princess on my big day. The price point was also affordable in comparison to other brands that had a similar look (I’m talking about those Jimmy Choos) and the customer service was fabulous.”

“Bella belle shoes are wonderful for one time use for a special event but that is the extent that I could ever recommend a pair. The are extremely beautiful and fitting for a lot of different occasions given the vast amount of styles available, but the quality is subpar upon detailed inspection and customer service is virtually nonexistent. My wife’s pair broke upon the second wear; the first was a wedding we attended in which she may have walked a quarter mile total in them. Reaching out to customer service yielded no help, as such for 100€ less than her Louboutins, I’d recommend anyone to buy a quality shoe unless the occasion or outfit can only be matched via a Bella Belle shoe.”

“The wrong shoes were sent the first time. I ordered block heels but they sent me kitten. The box was mislabeled, but they should check inside the box before they are sent out to people. Because it was their mistake, they did send me a shipping label which was good, but it was still a huge hassle having to pack them back up and take them to get shipped back. I did receive the correct pair eventually but for $300-$400 dollar shoes, quality control should be better.”

“I purchased 3 Bella Belle shoes for wedding events. While they're expensive (I don't usually buy $200+ shoes), I'm impressed by their beauty and happy with their quality. Now, I can't imagine my wedding day, rehearsal, or wedding shower without these shoes. As for shipping, I was also impressed and relieved about the care put into the packaging. There was so much protection for the shoes inside the box, but not so tight that they were squished. For comfort, I have had to add inserts to the 4-inch heel ones because there just wasn't enough support on the balls of my feel.”

“Had my eye on the Norah Blue Shoes for soooo long even before my husband and I got together, I knew these would one day be my wedding shoes. Absolutely beautiful shoes more beautiful in the flesh, perfect for my wedding day ‘something blue’ the colour matched perfectly with my bridesmaid dress colour too. Very comfortable.
