Be careful buying here. I attended a pop up shop and where told you still have to order online. I didn't fit the shoe I loved (wide feet)but the designer found my an alternative pair that did. My shoes arrived damaged with scratches and cuffs on the satin and sole. I've send it pictures and videos to be told that my shoes are not damaged. I asked for a discount or free returns label as I'm a UK customer. The designer was lovely at the pop and the shoes are beautiful which is why it's not a 1 star. However for a £400 pair of shoes I'd expect them pristine. Buyers beware the customer service and support is dire.
