Would not order from them again nor would I recommend to anyone. I had first ordered ash blond clip in extensions. They came in and were more of a honey warm blond. I contacted them to try and exchange them but I was a few days off on the 30 days for return due to the date starting at the time you ordered. This only gave me about 10 days to see if the hair color matched and see if my stylist was about to work with the color since it was not an ash blond. They did let me return them and that was 19 days ago. They tried to tell me the hair was returned damaged but it was never opened other than the sample hair. I have not received a refund nor the hair back. They do not answer your messages or contact you back. I guess I am out $307. I hope this saves someone else’s bank account!
