“I ordered 22 in, 16 in and a pony tail, the pony tail is useless, does not have clips attached to it, it came with a bobby pin, it never stays.”

“Delivery keeps taking up to 10/12 days when it used to arrive 2-4 days. I do not have this issue with other brands. Also colors are fading quickly. Also the pricing is complicated. I don’t find it easy to order hair for clients anymore. I am using other lines that are easier (consistent pricing) and have quicker shipping.”

“I do love the tape-ins for my client. However, I will say the adhesive part I’m disappointed in. I’m going to be purchasing adhesives but not through your company.”

“Very disappointed with my experience. My order #1672120 arrived incomplete—I ordered the Silk Seam™ Clip-In, Bronzed Caramel #6/18/8/60 Marble Blends, and the package only included 4 pieces instead of the 5 that were supposed to be included. This is already my second attempt trying to contact customer service about this issue, and I’m still waiting for a resolution. I expected better quality control and customer support. Hoping this gets resolved promptly.”

“I have used Bellami for about 8 years now but I have to admit they just aren’t the same anymore, I’m disappointed, I feel the quality has changed”

“I have been using Bellami hair extensions for about 2-3 years now. Although they have done right by me for a long time. I have noticed the quality declining. After the second or third use, they’ll start to tangle. And the hair feels very dry and brittle. They’re not what they used to be. I continue to buy from them because I would like to see if the quality of the extensions will ever match their expensive price.”

“We have had a terrible experience with Bellami's customer service pertaining to the transition to Bellami x Halo Couture hair extensions. The customer service has done nothing to help us other than to recommend we buy a new Halo Pro even though we have a purchased this specific Halo 3 weeks ago. Bellami did not communicate changes to the Halo until after they had advertised to the public - not to salons. There was no way of knowing that they had changed it and customers who ordered the week before the change happened received a much different product than what was expected. Now there is supposedly nothing that can be done to help this customer who spent A LOT of MONEY!!!! Hello!!!!!! Very disgusting and I would not recommend them because of the lack of support!”

“Was looking for a set of new extensions since the ones that I currently have are very old and kind of worn out and don’t match my hair anymore. So I noticed that you guys have a service where I can send photos to a specialist and they can recommend a color that would match exactly to my hair. I actually didn’t think that this would be an exact color match and oddly enough they did so well. I ordered the silk seam in the shade of milk cappuccino and it’s the most perfect color match ever and I’m so thankful to Leslie for this.”

“seems to be good quality, but it’s not as thick as it used to be. I had a set, of clip in extension over five years ago I ordered . It looks more thinner. I did get the five or seven piece clippings extension. The density of the hair not thick anymore”
