I ordered 22inch 220 gram human hair clip in extensions that were also "Last Chance." I received a neon purple synthetic ponytail. After a ton of panic and many attempts to get in touch with someone from customer service, I finally received an email with return instructions. No explanation. No hair extensions. Currently waiting for my refund. It was honestly such a bad experience that I thought I was being scammed. I have never bought hair from anyone else, but I will never order anything from BellamiHair ever again.
