The severe decline in quality of the hair since I last purchased (2020 most recently but I’ve been a customer since 2014) is shocking.. I noticed the quality seemed poor upon opening it but of course due to the horrible return policy, I knew I was stuck with the piece before wearing due to opening the package (as you can not see the hair at all until you do in fact open it, nullifying the ability to return). I am shocked that the quality has decreased so significantly. One wear and the whole weft looks trashed. It looks and feels as if it’s not human hair. Very plastic-y and very crunchy. I wore the weft for about three hours sitting at a desk. I won’t be purchasing with Bellami again. Pretty big bummer.
