I have been waiting weeks for my bed it was £2,400 so not cheap. I was given a date and a few days beforehand we were given another text saying it’s going to be in morning of said date , we decorated our room and got new carpet and threw our old bed out as we thought we would stay at daughters house for 2 days before delivery which would help with decorating and carpets , had a call telling us the base wasn’t now in stock just 36 hours before delivery , ( WHO THE HELL SENDS DELIVERY MESSAGES OUT WHEN THEY STILL DO NOT HAVE THE ACTUAL ITEM IN THEIR POSSESSION!!!!!) I was told by a bensons employee that it’s a terrible idea and that it was going to be something they were going to get rid of as it’s caused them mayhem , we have had to sleep on the floor on a foam tent pad for a month now and have been told it MIGHT BE ANOTHER MONTH BUT IT MIGHT NOT , ( THE BED IS STILL BEING SOLD ON WEB TOO HOW CAN THEY KEEP GIVING CUSTOMERS DELIVERY DAYES WHEN THEY CANT DELIVER TO EXISTING CUSTOMERS) I’ve tried to get in touch with them numerous times to no avail , I’ve had no response to my emails !! All 3 of them , one time I was on phone for an hour and then line went dead ,called the shop where we purchased it in Hanley stoke on trent in the end the manager has just called me to tell me that even though our mattress is in stock and at the warehouse house they will not send it because it’s being paid for on finance !! ( they know in on the floor too ) i gave them numerous chances to keep with this £2,400 sale but being told that I’m obviously not Important enough because it’s a finance package is shocking . I wish I’d seen all these bad reviews before giving them my £250 deposit ( which my wife has now said enough is enough we will be cancelling ) bensons customer service is shocking even the manager at the store is having to wait days for answers , this is just not worth going through to get a bed it really isn’t , I’m sure that bensons will send some answer apologising on here but what they do not understand is that people want someone to talk to and to get an answer, a call would be far better you would get far less complaints, I really liked the bed too it was to be a Xmas present to ourselves , we will definitely not use bensons again and I will definitely be making sure everyone hears my story , HOW CAN A COMPANY KEEP HALF YOUR PURCHASE FROM YOU KNOWING YOU HAVE SLEPT ON THE FLOOR FOR A MONTH ITS A DISGRACE
