Absolutely despicable company. We purchased a new mattress after trying in store. It was very evident that when the new mattress arrived and we tried for the first time, the quality of the mattress wasn’t the same as in store. Several emails telephone conversations and lots of stonewalling that they didn’t want to know. Shockingly poor all round . So please don’t even bother and save yourself a load of unnecessary hassle and stress - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
