Purchased a new base mattress and headboard from bensons in the summer. On delivery of the items the base had a glue type stain on the edge and the mattress had what appeared to be a bloodstain. Contacted customer service and agreed £150 voucher which could only be spent in their store. In December we noticed on one side of the divan staples protruding from the frame. Contacted benson on 4 December and again 10 December customer service failed to come back to me on either occasion. I managed to speak with someone on 21 December and was informed to send photos of the fault and they would contact me. Again heard nothing until I contacted them again 8 January and spoke with customer service who informed me that the problem was not theirs and I should appoint my own assessor to view the fault at my expense. I would advise no one to buy their products as if you have a problem they are not interested in resolving it
