Ordered mattress with 8 week delivery date.
Received 2 SMS messages saying order on track. Further message confirming delivery date. Delivery was due to be Monday for which booked day off from work. Received voicemail Saturday prior to delivery date saying mattress not even in stock. Called Benson who are not able to give me a new delivery date and offered £100 Benson voucher or £50 back on my card. Hopeless!
