Stressful experience.
Over a period of 2 weeks I called the Kilmarnock store and no one responded. I called the main customer service number and on average I was placed 85th in the Queue. My 5.5k order was processed incorrectly and when I tried to check the delivery date it had been cancelled. Sorted this out in 4 hrs by emailing the CEO direct - that’s how stressed the experience was. Should have stuck with John Lewis so lessons learnt. Deliverers of my 3 mattresses to my new home was shocking. The drivers refused to back truck up and entered the new development. I didn’t want any more grief so ask the to leave the beds on the public pavement - which they did. I managed to get the local farmer and two others to help me move them into my home. I am a pensioner and this has to be the worst ever customer experience in my lifetime.
If it’s a whole lot of grief you want then purchase your beds here.
Message for the CEO. You seriously need to go back to the floor and see how your business is being run. Or resign.
