Delayed & No guaranteed delivery
We agreed purchase of duvet bed early February with delivery stated end of March which should have been binding agreement that I adhered too. Less than 48hrs from delivery date informed bed would not be delivered with some lame lies about no delivery vans available. They informed of new delivery date in May. This is over 3 months since agreement & 6 weeks later than planned ! Even then they wouldnt guarantee delivery ! When you speak to staff in store its all 'nothing to do with us or we can do as you purchased via internet site' ! Of course I did as it works out cheaper !! But same bed from same company as retail store. In summary I ordered bed in Februrary for delivery end March & nothing delivered up to May so no bed ! Terrible service/company !
