I ordered my new bed in December with delivery date beginning of March. It arrived but drawer was broken in divan. The delivery guys notified h.o that day and arranged a replacement. I was told it would be delivered 11 April they didn’t turn up and didn’t bother letting me know I chased and they rescheduled for 17 May - they haven’t turned up and again havent bothered notifying me. Terrible service. When contacting local branch they are unable to advise me when my replacement will arrive. 5 months with a bed that cannot be used. Service is appalling.
