Not worthy of any star. Ordered 2 mattresses for my daughters. Was scheduled a delivery on a Monday between 9.30am & 11.30am. Got a call to say delivery would be delayed to later that afternoon. 3pm came. Nothing. 5pm came. Nothing. Called the delivery company DX who chased up the driver who said we would be assured delivery by 6pm. 6pm came.. no delivery. Managed to contact DX again just before they all buggered off home for the day and assured us again that the mattresses would arrived before 8pm! Luckily we had the drivers number due to previous communication- I called around 6pm and he told me he would make his delivery at 6.30 as he was at the Bristol depot...bare in mind I live 100miles from bristol so i could only assume his delivery van was a magic carpet! 9pm comes and still no delivery and we could not contact the driver. All of a sudden I get an unprofessional text to say the delivery will be with us between 7 and 9am the next day. Our daughters had no beds for the night. Great. Next morning comes...no delivery again! Get through to DX who have no idea where these mattresses had gone. Bensons had no clue either?! Eventually after queuing and waiting to get through to DX and bensons, delivery was scheduled for the following Monday. Leaving my children without mattresses for a further week. Monday comes, surprisingly at the scheduled time slot,the mattresses were thrown through the door with no communication from the delivery men but were very swiftly thrown back at them when one of the mattresses had oil stains and the plastic wrapping was ripped. Seeing as we ordered 2 mattresses I wasn't accepting just one leaving one of my children yet again without a bed. Contact DX again as they seem to be on speed dial by this point who then told us to contact bensons. Position 74 in the que, eventually get through who tell us they need to reschedule delivery to the 18th of July! Because apparently mattresses are made to order...LOL. An absolute shambles seeing as the first order was placed in early May!
Don't waste your money using Bensons, I think I've spent more on my phone bill that I did on the mattresses! As for DX I will make sure any company I order from do not use them. This review is being written before my next scheduled delivery- at this rate there is more chance of Jesus resurrecting again!
