I ordered a bed on the 12th July.
I was given an estimated delivery date of the 12th August, but told this would be confirmed closer to the time. On the 29th July this date (12th August) was communicated again. On the 5th August (Friday) it was confirmed again. On the 8th August (Monday – so, one working day later) I received word it was delayed, with a different date in late August named. This day wasn’t suitable for me so I rescheduled it to the 5th September, giving them an additional week or two.
THE MORNING OF THE 5th I received a text that the delivery was not going to take place that day, but that it was scheduled for the 9th September instead. On the 7th September I called up the customer service to reconfirm delivery on the 9th, as for each of these nominated days I had had to reschedule my work diary to ensure I was home. Customer service confirmed that it had been loaded onto the van, and it would be delivered on Friday 9th.
THE NEXT DAY – Thursday 8th – I received exactly the same message again saying that it was delayed again, without a rescheduled delivery date.
At this point I wish I had never ordered through this company. I wish I could just cancel the order, get my money back, and order through a much more reliable company.
