STILL WAITING REFUND AFTER 4 WEEKS
B5412837/ B5412838 (this is left just in case Bensons do read their reviews and they will know who I am)
Appalling customer service after 5 months of consistent issues and had to take 4 annual leave days for non deliveries, damaged goods I returned mg bedbase, mattress & headboard on 6th September and was assured on 7th September on their portal it showed all items returned and was told I would receive a full refund which would be in my account within 5-7 working days no surprise this has not happened and still waiting 4 weeks later even after making 5 phone calls, email sent to CEO and enquiries nothing.
Started a resolution with Resolver today 6th October listing my issues with supporting evidence and all Bensons did was send automated email they will respond within 10 working days.
This company is not truthful to their customers they do not contact them back and don’t care how much stress they cause the company.
I advise people to be aware and read reviews before buying from Bensons they are a disgrace.
