Customer service is diabolical and they demand emails and then never reply to them. They sold us a complete set. Bed, mattress and headboard. It looks like a shell scrape dug out for Tsing cover during a war conflict. I am an ex vet and my back is smashed. Avoid avoid buying anything from them, they will do nothing to help at all.
