The back story is that I ordered wardrobe on 8th august 2022. This was delivered to us on 26.10.22 with the WRONG SIZE back boards. We were told to wait another 3 weeks maximum by head of customer services at the time (Kelly Chadwick) as due to YOUR mess up we would NOT have to wait another 6 weeks. I called benson for beds yesterday to chase up (again, this is not my responsibility and I am appalled that benson for beds had not contacted me) to be told the back boards had in fact arrived in the UK on Tuesday last week but nobody had communicated that OR enlighten me as the customer?! I was then told by pro build that the earliest they could provide us with delivery is 6th December 2022. After chasing up your services yesterday and being promised a call back by the new head of customer service (Stacey) which again is NOT my responsibility I did NOT receive a phone call. Absolutely appalling service and I am disgusted with the treatment we have had as a customer. You have already broken benson for beds legislation by going over 6 week period - it will now be 19 weeks by 6th December that we have waited. We will be taking this further and would have thought due to our wait time we would be fast tracked for quicker delivery.
