We wanted a firm mattress.
They insisted we use there computer technology and it would inform us of what mattress we SHOULD get. It stated a medium mattress was suited best to us. So we spent £2200 on a bedframe and mattress.
We are now both in agony with our backs 6 months on.
My top tip don't use their silly computer analyser! They won't accept any responsibility for this!
