Bought a wardrobe from here, was convinced by the staff to take out insurance on it. Less than a year after having it's broken. Not an issue with the wardrobe it was a complete accident but now the insurance ( that I was convinced to purchase by benson for beds staff for accidental damage-guessing they earn commission!) Is refusing to pay out saying its a structural problem ( which it's not, a sleeve got caught in the mechanism and we had to force it open- which in turn broke the mirror) - literally the definition of an accident! I wouldn't buy from here again as benson for beds have not helped at all-.shame as ive spent thousands over the last few years in this shop! whatever you do don't purchase the furniture insurance! Absolute con artists
