I would like to express my sincere thanks to you for the dealings I have had with you over a very traumatic period.My wife was in hospital having had a leg amputated and in preparing for her to come home I was advised I needed an adjustable bed.I met with Andy at Bensons Cardiff store and he was extremely efficient and understanding about the specific requirements Delivery was arranged at a precise time so as not to interfere with my hospital visits.This process went like clockwork.However before my wife could come home her condition had deteriorated and she required a hoist to get in and out of bed.This necessitated a bed with sufficient space underneath to accommodate the hoist.The bed we had did not meet thse new requirements.The company agreed to take the bed back free of charge.This was again done efficiently.I am not a person who is easily pleased but I still found your service excellent-perhaps magnificent would be a better word.
