Absolutely attrocious company...
Bensons for beds cancelled an order for the mattress. I did not cancel the order. They refunded me the price minus 20% (for an order I did not cancel)
The other items were delivered but the drivers would not take them upstairs, claiming they did not fit. BUT they refused to unpack them, This would have meant they would have fitted!
Bensons for beds then cancelled these and charged me 20%
