DO NOT USE... I was lied to by the Store (Exeter) and told if the mattress I bought was not comfortable then I could have the mattress replaced as part of their 'Comfort Guarantee'...they did this once but refused to allow me to do this again even though the Store rep told me I could...I ended up spending over £1100 on a mattress that is really UNCOMFORTABLE.... Myself and my husband are in pain sleeping on it. I suffer with Fibromyalgia and told them how important it was that the mattress is comfotable...the mattress comfort bore no resemblance to the one we tried in the shop. Every time I have tried to get my money back or a replacement I receive no help and Managers bordering on rude and aggressive!! I would NEVER NEVER use Bensons for Beds again. I am shocked that a national company such as this would lie to customers to achieve a sale and care more about their sales than customer satisfaction and their reputation.
