After being duped into buying a king size divanbed (bespoke by Staples Heirloom with 2650 pocket springs) my husband and I find we can not even move the matress because of the weight.
After having the test on the trial bed in store we were immediately led to the top of the range divan and advised this was the bed for us. We are both in our 70s and she knew we were not in the best of health but at no time were we warned about the weight of the matress. Today only four days later I phoned customer services to explain that we would not be able to rotate the matress as advised. We were then told it was not really a complaint and as we have no family were told to get friends round to help us rotate the matress as it would invalidate the guarantee if the matress was not rotated. Customer service is just a joke as is the40 day guarantee. We are now left with a matress that is just as bad as the memory foam we disposed of because of over heating. This is not much better. Another lie from sales staff as was the £55 pillow that was not supposed to heat with usage Total price of £1705 just sheer robbery.
Take this advice and stay away from this company who obviously have their staff trained to make a top sale regardless of the needs of the customer.
