""I visited the Imperial Park, Bristol store and was served by Wendy. I was buying a bed for my Dad who was in hospital. Wendy was amazing, she gave me advice on the type of bed based on Dads age, size and health. When I mentioned that he may not be discharged from hospital she told me that I would not pay a cancellation fee if I had to cancel the order. Dad was discharged but because of his condition was given a hospital bed at home. As promised Bensons refunded the full cost. I cannot thank Wendy enough. It is so rare these days to find this level of customer service.
