One star is over generous . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. We spent nearly £2000 on a king size bed complete with headboard and a super- king size mattress. The former is as yet untested...... The mattress became indented- after 8 days use it was like the one we had had for 14 years. On complaining to Bensons, they sent a "technician", someone obviously familiar with Benson's strategies and pessimistic as to the outcome. The mattress was pronounced perfectly in order with specifications. These apparently involved rotating this huge thing every 8 or 10 days. This WAS NOT pointed out to us at point of purchase. I am over 60, my husband over 70. (Incidentally, both lightweights). We thought we were buying a mattress,, not entering into an exhausting fitness regime. After reaching a dead end on efforts to communicate with Bensons, I now know them to be utterly lacking in integrity- oblivious to customer satisfaction and once the transaction is completed it's a case of tough luck. Please do not make the same mistake as we did.
