Ordered a bed and mattress set from them it wasn't that expensive around £700.00 , 10 months later the mattress has sagged and is uncomfortable, their engineer came out and said it was normal wear and tear and there is nothing wrong with it customer service have basically gave me the finger too....
all in all great experience when you buy but you are on your own oh and the 5 year guarantee they put on the mattress is about as much use as a nuns t**s ....
