Enfield store sales team are amazing and have knowledge of all of their beds, however, the customer service department seem to just fob you off and don't really know what is going on.
Faulty super king mattress arrived, was told to put it outside, they were going to collect so cancelled the collection as could not do without a bed, then told 4 - 6 week wait, they tried to send someone to collect the mattress a week later... NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW WHATS GOING ON AND WHEN THE REPLACEMENT MATTRESS WILL ARRIVE
