At 11:30 rang and nicely asked if delivery could possibly be done between 1_6 so I new I would be in. Well thought I had asked for the world, abruptly told delivery in post code order and could not be changed driver would call 1hr before delivery and if can not be in will take her back to depot to which point the phone was put down, so much for customer service. I had rung three days before delivery date, foreseeing there may be an issue. Need the bed so will cancel the dentist, a well deserved 1.5 stars of 5. Had I known my daughter was going to buy a bed at Benson's would have put her of, she said she wasn't impressed but my grandson liked the bed. But never again.
